Chill Mechanical services a broad range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. With deep expertise across comfort systems, mechanical infrastructure, and process cooling, we not only maintain and repair equipment — we educate our customers to help them choose solutions that deliver reliability, efficiency, and long-term value.

Traditional central split systems offer versatile configuration options to meet a wide range of comfort needs and energy preferences. These systems can be paired with natural gas furnaces, propane systems, electric heat, or high-efficiency heat pumps, allowing property owners to choose the most cost-effective and energy-efficient solution for their climate and utility availability. This flexibility makes central split systems an ideal choice for residential, commercial, and light industrial applications seeking reliable performance and adaptable heating and cooling options.

Traditional Central Spilt Unit

A traditional central split system is one of the most common and cost-effective ways to heat and cool a home or commercial space. This system consists of an outdoor unit (AC only or heat pump) and an indoor unit (furnace or electric air handler) connected by refrigerant lines and a centralized ductwork network that distributes conditioned air throughout the building.

Ductless mini-split systems are available in single-zone and multi-zone configurations and can provide both heating and cooling through advanced heat pump technology. Their flexibility makes them ideal for server rooms, offices, retail spaces, and residential applications where ductwork is impractical or energy efficiency is a priority.

Mini Spilt/Ductless Unit

Ductless mini-split systems provide efficient, targeted heating and cooling without the need for ductwork, making them ideal for homes, additions, offices, and retrofit applications. These systems consist of an outdoor unit connected to one or more indoor units, allowing precise temperature control in individual rooms or zones.

RTUs are available in gas/electric, electric/electric, and heat pump configurations, with options for economizers, demand-controlled ventilation, and advanced controls to improve energy efficiency. Their versatility makes them a preferred choice for retail centers, office buildings, restaurants, and industrial facilities requiring reliable, scalable HVAC performance.

Package/Rooftop Unit (RTU)

Rooftop units (RTUs) are self-contained HVAC systems designed to provide efficient heating, cooling, and ventilation for commercial buildings. Installed on the roof to save interior space, RTUs deliver conditioned air through ductwork to serve retail spaces, offices, warehouses, restaurants, and multi-tenant facilities.

VRF and VRV systems support a wide range of indoor unit styles, including ceiling cassettes, ducted units, wall-mounted units, and concealed systems, making them ideal for office buildings, healthcare facilities, hospitality, and high-end residential applications. Their ability to optimize energy use while providing individualized comfort makes them a leading choice for modern, high-performance buildings.

VRF / VRV Systems

Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) — also known as Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) — systems are advanced HVAC solutions designed to provide precise, energy-efficient heating and cooling for commercial and multi-zone buildings. These systems use inverter-driven compressors to modulate refrigerant flow, allowing multiple indoor units to operate independently while connected to a single outdoor system.

Walk-in coolers and freezers can be configured with remote condensing units, energy-efficient doors, strip curtains, and digital temperature controls to optimize performance and reduce operating costs. These systems are widely used in restaurants, supermarkets, medical facilities, and cold storage warehouses requiring reliable, code-compliant refrigeration solutions.

Walk-In Coolers & Freezers

Walk-in coolers and freezers provide reliable, large-capacity cold storage for restaurants, grocery stores, warehouses, laboratories, and food service facilities. Designed to maintain precise temperature control, these systems preserve perishable goods, ensure food safety compliance, and support efficient daily operations.

Modern ice machines can be paired with water filtration systems, remote condensers, and energy-efficient controls to improve performance and reduce operating costs. From restaurants and convenience stores to healthcare and hospitality facilities, properly maintained ice machines help ensure safe, reliable ice production for daily operations.

Ice Machines

Ice machines are essential for restaurants, bars, hotels, healthcare facilities, and commercial kitchens that rely on a consistent supply of clean, reliable ice for food safety, beverage service, and operational efficiency. Available in a variety of sizes and ice types, these systems are designed to meet the demands of high-volume commercial environments.

Restaurant refrigeration systems include reach-in coolers, prep tables, undercounter units, beverage and beer coolers, wine refrigeration, and display cases designed to preserve food quality and enhance customer experience. Routine maintenance, temperature monitoring, and proper system design help restaurants maintain compliance, reduce downtime, and operate efficiently.

Restaurant Refrigeration Equipment

Restaurant refrigeration equipment plays a critical role in food safety, product preservation, and efficient kitchen operations. From ingredient storage to beverage service and food display, properly maintained refrigeration systems ensure consistent temperatures, regulatory compliance, and smooth day-to-day performance in commercial kitchens and food service environments.

Chill Mechanical services a full range of restaurant refrigeration equipment designed to support fast-paced operations, maintain product quality, and improve workflow efficiency.
